We consult with geriatric social workers and nurses to help families manage safe and reliable care for their elderly or disabled loved ones. In situations where an elderly or disabled person becomes incapacitated and may be at risk of being subject to injury, financial exploitation, neglect or abuse, we provide guidance for families or concerned persons seeking guardianship or other court interventions to protect an elderly loved one.
